He collaborates closely with the President on innovative business ideas and strategic plans, driving the organization forward. Together, they brainstorm, refine, and implement new ideas and processes, focusing on expanding initiatives and solidifying the organization's leadership in chess education and mentorship programs.

Ricardo co-created a mentorship program to support high school students transitioning into college, a project close to his heart. He is committed to its success and positive impact on students' lives. Additionally, he oversees compliance training, developing a comprehensive course to ensure all employees adhere to high standards and practices, maintaining the organization's commitment to excellence and integrity.
